THE ASSEMBLY CHALLENGE
Stop the wrong ball size reaching assembly.
The customer had experienced incorrect ball dimensions being installed into products across different branches. Ball selection during model changes and across operator shifts created opportunities for the wrong size to reach the operator.
We developed the machine to select the required ball size and dispense the requested count before the balls reach the operator.
