REYTRACE / QR VERIFICATION & TRACEABILITY

Check the code. Keep the record.

A readable code doesn’t always belong to the right product. ReyTrace checks the scan against the current production requirements, shows the operator a clear result and keeps a record for later review.

Check more than whether a code can be read

The station can check the expected part, code format and duplicate rules for the active job. We set those rules around your production process, including any authorised rework.

The operator sees the result at the station. Where required, the verification can be connected to a PLC interlock or an existing production system.

From scan to production record

  1. Scan: read the product identifier at the station.
  2. Check: compare it with the active job and agreed rules.
  3. Respond: show the result and required operator action.
  4. Record: save the agreed identifiers, time and outcome.

ReyTrace on the production floor

ReyTrace QR verification station deployed on an industrial production line
Operator scan screen with verification feedback and production history.

This assembly station uses ReyTrace for QR scanning, verification feedback and traceability. The operator can see the current production job and review the inspection history in the same screen.

Build the rules around your line

Tell us which identifiers you use, what makes a scan valid, how duplicates and rework are handled, and what should happen when verification fails.

We also review the scanner, PLC, database or MES connections, and which records your team needs to search or export. Machine safety functions remain on the appropriate machine systems.

Common questions

Is a barcode reader enough?

A reader captures the code. Verification checks it against the job, while traceability keeps the identifiers and results your team needs to investigate a production issue.

Can ReyTrace connect to our PLC or production system?

Send us the controller model, communication interface and system requirements. We’ll review the connection options for your installation.

How do you handle duplicate scans and rework?

We agree which repeated scans should be blocked and which rework steps are allowed, so the checks match your process.

Tell us what you need

Start with the product identifiers, the checks you need and the records your team wants to retrieve.
