Plan the changeover before changing the program
We agree the work scope, backups, downtime and test sequence before the changeover. Commissioning covers normal operation and the fault responses agreed for the project. Safety-related functions are reviewed as part of the machine’s engineering requirements.

What if we don’t have the original program?
Send the controller model and any drawings you have. We’ll check whether the program can be recovered and what would be involved in rebuilding the sequence.
