Some projects start with a repetitive task. Others start with a machine that is difficult to maintain, a part mix-up or a production record that’s hard to find. We work from that problem and bring the mechanical design, controls and software together.
Our work covers custom automation, PLC and HMI upgrades, vision inspection, robotic integration and production software. ReyTrace is our QR verification and manufacturing traceability software.

How we work with you
We start by understanding what happens on your line and where the problem occurs. Then we review the equipment, available space, cycle time and the result you need.
Once the approach is agreed, we design the machine or system, test its operation and commission it against the agreed requirements.
