MACHINE VISION & ERROR PREVENTION

Find the wrong part before it moves on.

We build inspection systems that check the part and give the machine or operator a clear result. The camera, lighting and machine response are chosen around what you need to detect.

Show us a good part and a failed part

The best starting point is a set of real samples. Show us the feature that matters, the variation you accept and what should make a part fail. Include difficult or borderline examples too.

For code checks, the product also needs to match the active job. ReyTrace checks the scanned information against your production rules and keeps the result.

The camera is only one part of the check

Part position, lighting, reflections and movement all affect the image. We review these along with the target cycle time and the signals available from the machine.

We also agree what happens after a failed check: stop the machine, hold the part for review or trigger a reject. The operator needs a clear way to understand and resolve the issue.

Camera platforms

We work with camera and vision platforms including HIKROBOT and HIKVISION. The model and lens depend on the feature, field of view, lighting and machine interface.

Common questions

Do we need a smart camera or a complete vision system?

We’ll review the inspection task, image detail, cycle time and machine connections with you. Those requirements determine the equipment.

Can we record the inspection results?

Yes, result logging can be included. We’ll agree what to store, how long to keep it and how your team will find or export the records.

What should we prepare?

Good and failed samples, the target cycle time, how the part is presented and what the machine should do after a failed check.

Tell us what you need

Tell us what you need to detect and where the check would fit on your line. Photos and sample parts will help us understand the task.
